Massoud joined the Weatherite Group in 2002 and has brought with him a wealth of experience in Lean Manufacturing Techniques, Health & Safety Legislation and Human Resources. Along with his team, Massoud ensures that all Group Companies are working efficiently, safely legally and with the right level of support, training and working conditions. As Massoud often quotes, “Our workforce is our greatest asset and we need to ensure they work within an environment where we can nurture involvement, ideas and a sense of being part of something important”.
