Kirsty’s journey with Weatherite Service & Maintenance Limited is a brilliant example of what progression looks like when talent, consistency and opportunity come together. Since joining in September 2011 as a Service Coordinator, she quickly moved into an Estimator role and from there progressed through Operations & Estimation Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Operations Manager, before stepping into her new Director position.
Kirsty said “Stepping into a Director role is something I’m very proud of. It reflects the journey I’ve been on within the company and the trust placed in me to help lead the business forward.”
In her new role, Kirsty will focus on maintaining high operational standards, delivering exceptional service to clients, and supporting continued business growth ensuring Weatherite continues to deliver the quality and consistency it’s known for.
What stands out most about Kirsty’s story is not just her progression, but her mindset. Her advice to others starting out?
